1 General Terms and Definitions

In this document, "rbaj", "we", "our" or "platform" refers to the rbaj website and all its associated services. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any individual registered on our platform.

rbaj is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. Our platform offers casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, fishing games and many other gaming options.

These terms and conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. It is solely the user's responsibility to ensure that online gaming activities are lawful in their own jurisdiction.

1.1 Effective Date of Terms

These terms take effect from the date of publication and remain in force until a subsequent version is published. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time and will publish an updated date on the website following any changes.

2 Account Registration and Verification

To create an account on the rbaj platform you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false or incomplete information may be closed at any time and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may create only one account.
• The name, date of birth and contact details provided at registration must be accurate.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential and not share it with any third party.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal request, rbaj may request the following documents for identity verification: National ID (NID), passport or driving licence. Large withdrawals may be placed on hold until document verification is complete.

3 Eligibility Requirements

To use the rbaj platform you must meet the following eligibility requirements.

• You must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is operated for users aged 21+ only.
• Online gaming activities must be legally permitted in your jurisdiction.
• You must confirm that you are of sound mind and are participating in gaming activities of your own free will.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list.
• rbaj employees and their close relatives must refrain from gaming on the platform.

We reserve the right to verify age or identity at any time. If false information is found during verification, rbaj reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any deposits.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the rbaj platform is ৳100, which applies to all payment methods. We support the following payment methods:

• Upay
• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank and others)

Funds must be sent only from an account or number registered in your own name. Payments from third-party accounts will not be accepted and received funds may be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Account identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the payment method used at the time of deposit.
• The specified wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• In cases of unusual or suspicious activity, withdrawals may be placed on hold pending additional verification.
• If fraudulent activity is proven, the withdrawal will be cancelled and the account will be closed.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

rbaj offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which must be read carefully before accepting.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15x (fifteen times). This means that to withdraw the bonus funds, you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may claim each offer once only.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, rbaj reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• If an attempt is made to claim a bonus from multiple accounts or the same payment method, all associated accounts will be closed.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• A maximum bet amount may apply while a bonus is active — please refer to the specific offer's terms.

5.3 Cashback and Special Offers

From time to time rbaj may offer special promotions for notable occasions such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh and Victory Day. The terms of each such offer will be detailed on that offer's page.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

rbaj is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. SSL encryption and a fair play policy are active on our platform.

6.1 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted due to any technical error or network issue, rbaj reserves the right to void the relevant round and refund the bet amount. Abnormal winnings obtained as a result of a software error may be declared void and cancelled by rbaj.

6.2 Game Providers

rbaj offers games from a range of world-class game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft and JILI. The rules for each game can be found within the game after it launches.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game and betting market. Maximum bet limits may apply while a bonus is active.

7 VIP Program

The rbaj VIP Program has five tiers. Weekly cashback and special benefits apply at each tier:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Users may be promoted to higher tiers based on regular gaming activity and loyalty to the platform. rbaj reserves the right to modify or cancel VIP benefits at any time. VIP status may be cancelled in the event of a rules violation.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rbaj platform. Involvement in such activities may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Operating multiple accounts or operating an account in a third party's name.
• Attempting to obtain bonus or promotional benefits through fraudulent means.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical vulnerabilities.
• Playing using automated bots, scripts or any other technology.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Playing using third-party payment methods or borrowed funds.
• Harassing, threatening or intimidating other users.
• Attempting to interfere with the security or operation of the platform.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by rbaj

rbaj reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• If a breach of these terms is proven.
• If identity verification is not satisfactory.
• If fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected.
• Under instruction from law enforcement authorities.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may close your own account at any time by contacting us. Any unprocessed withdrawals will be settled before the account is closed, however the bonus balance will be cancelled.

10 Privacy and Personal Data Protection

rbaj places the highest importance on protecting your personal information. We use SSL encryption and modern security technology to keep your data safe.

11 Limitation of Liability

The rbaj platform provides services on an "as is" basis. rbaj will not be liable under the following circumstances:

• If a game or transaction is disrupted due to the user's internet connection or device issues.
• Due to technical issues on the part of a third-party game provider.
• If the user fails to maintain the security of their own account.
• For any issues arising from online gaming being unlawful in the user's jurisdiction.

rbaj will not be held responsible for any financial losses arising from a user's gaming activities. Gaming is for entertainment purposes only — it is not a means of guaranteed income.

12 Responsible Gaming Policy
